John 3:7, Gospel
[Jesus said,] "Do not marvel that I said to you, 'You must be born again.'"
[2 Ezra 14:35], Torah
For after death, the Judgement will come, when we will live again; and then the names of the righteous will be manifest, and the works of the ungodly will be declared.
John 5:28 - 29, Gospel
"[So] do not marvel at this, for the Hour is coming, in which all who are in the graves will hear his voice, and will come forth; those who have done good, to the Resurrection of life; and they who have done evil, to the Resurrection of damnation."
Acts 24:15, Gospel
[So] have hope toward God, which they themselves also allow, that there will be a Resurrection of the dead, both of the just and unjust.
Daniel 12:2, Torah
[Whereby] many of those who sleep in the dust of the earth will awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame [and] everlasting contempt.
34:7 - 8, Qur'an
But those who disbelieve say, "Shall we direct you to a man who will inform you [that] when you have disintegrated in complete disintegration, you will [then] be [recreated] in a new creation? Has he invented about God a lie or is he possessed by [devils of] jinn?" Rather, they who do not believe in the Hereafter will be in the punishment and [are in] extreme error -
76:27 - 29, Qur'an
[For] indeed, these [disbelievers] love the immediate and leave behind them a grave Day. We have created them and strengthened their forms, and when We will, We can change their likenesses with [complete] alteration. Indeed, this is a reminder, so he who wills may take to his Lord a way.
Acts 17:32, Gospel
[So] when they heard of the Resurrection of the dead, some mocked, and others said, "We will hear you again of this [matter]."
And [others swore] by God their strongest oaths [that] God will not resurrect one who dies. But yes - [it is] a true promise [binding] upon Him, but most of the people do not know.
23:82 - 83, Qur'an
[For] they said, "When we have died and become dust and bones, are we indeed to be resurrected? We have been promised this, we and our forefathers, before; this is not but legends of the former peoples."
John 3:3, Gospel
[So] Jesus answered and said, "Verily, verily, I say to you, 'Unless a man is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.'"
John 3:4, Gospel
[But] Nicodemus said to him, "How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter the second time into his mother's womb and be born?"
[And so] he presents for Us an example and forgets his [own] creation. [Then] he says, "Who will give life to bones while they are disintegrated?"
John 3:10, Gospel
[So] Jesus answered and said to him, "Are you a master of Israel, and do not know these things?"
John 3:9, Gospel
Nicodemus answered and said to him, "How can these things be?"
50:2 - 5, Qur'an
[And so] they wonder that there has come to them a warner from among themselves, and the disbelievers say, "This is an amazing thing. When we have died and have become dust, [we will return to life]? That is a distant return." We know what the earth diminishes of them, and with Us is a retaining record. But they denied the truth when it came to them, so they are in a confused condition.
Acts 26:8, Gospel
[But] why should it be thought a thing incredible with you, that God should raise the dead?
[So] say, "He will give them life who produced them the first time; and He is, of all creation, Knowing."
11:8 - 9, Qur'an
[For] it is He who created the heavens and the earth in six days - and His Throne had been upon water - that He might test you as to which of you is best in deed. But if you say, "Indeed, you are resurrected after death," those who disbelieve will surely say, "This is not but obvious magic." And if We hold back from them the punishment for a limited time, they will surely say, "What detains it?" Unquestionably, on the Day it comes to them, it will not be averted from them, and they will be enveloped by what they used to ridicule.
[For] indeed you, on the Day of Resurrection, will be resurrected.
John 11:23 - 24, Gospel
[For remember when] Jesus [said to Martha,] "Your brother will rise again." Martha [said] to him, "I know that he will rise again in the Resurrection at the Last Day."
2 Timothy 2:18, Gospel
[But some] have erred concerning the truth, saying that the Resurrection has past already; and overthrow the faith of some.
[But that they may know] that the Hour is coming - no doubt about it - and that God will resurrect those in the graves.
[It is] so He will make clear to them [the truth of] that wherein they differ and so those who have disbelieved may know that they were liars.
1 Corinthians 15:35, Gospel
Some [man] will say, "How are the dead raised up? And with what body do they come?"
1 Corinthians 15:51, Gospel
[So] behold, I show you a mystery; we will not all sleep, but we will all be changed, in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the Last Trump, for the Trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we will be changed.
1 Corinthians 15:42, Gospel
[For this] is the Resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption; it is raised in in-corruption,
1 Corinthians 15:44, Gospel
It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body.
1 Corinthians 15:50, Gospel
Now I say this, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither does corruption inherit in-corruption.
John 3:5 - 7, Gospel
"[So] verily, verily, I say to you, 'Unless a man is born of water and the spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.' [For] that which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the spirit is spirit. Do not marvel that I said to you, 'You must be born again.'"
Is not that [Creator] Able to give life to the dead?
Do they not see that God, who created the heavens and earth, is [the One] Able to create the likes of them [in a new creation]? And He has appointed for them a term, about which there is no doubt. But the wrongdoers refuse [anything] except disbelief.
15:45 - 48, Qur'an
[But] indeed, the righteous will be within gardens and springs. [They will be told], "Enter it in peace, safe [and secure]." We will remove whatever is in their breasts of resentment, [so they will be] brothers, on thrones facing each other. No fatigue will touch them therein, nor from it will they [ever] be removed.
35:34 - 35, Qur'an
And they will say, "Praise to God, who has removed from us [all] sorrow. Indeed, our Lord is Forgiving and Appreciative - He who has settled us in the home of duration out of His bounty. There touches us not in it any fatigue, and there touches us not in it weariness [of mind]."
John 3:8, Gospel
The wind blows where it wills, and you hear the sound thereof, but cannot tell from where it comes, and where it goes, so is everyone who is born of the spirit.
7:57 - 58, Qur'an
And it is He who sends the winds as good tidings before His mercy until, when they have carried heavy rain clouds, We drive them to a dead land and We send down rain therein and bring forth thereby [some] of all the fruits. Thus will We bring forth the dead; perhaps you may be reminded. And the good land - its vegetation emerges by permission of its Lord; but that which is bad - nothing emerges except sparsely, with difficulty. Thus do We diversify the signs for a people who are grateful.
And [so] it is God who sends the winds, and they stir the clouds, and We drive them to a dead land and give life thereby to the earth after its lifelessness. Thus is the Resurrection.
They ask you, about the Hour, when is its arrival? Say, "Its knowledge is only with my Lord. None will reveal its time except Him. It lays heavily upon the heavens and the earth. It will not come upon you except unexpectedly." They ask you as if you are familiar with it. Say, "Its knowledge is only with God, but most of the people do not know."
Ecclesiastes 9:12, Torah
For man also does not know his time, as the fish that are taken in an evil net, and as the birds that are caught in the snare; so [are] the sons of men snared in an evil time, when it falls suddenly upon them.
1 Thessalonians 5:2 - 3, Gospel
For you yourselves know perfectly that the Day of the Lord so comes as a thief in the night. For when they will say, 'Peace and safety;' then sudden destruction comes upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they will not escape.
21:38 - 40, Qur'an
[So] they say, "When is this promise, if you should be truthful?" If those who disbelieved but knew the time when they will not avert the Fire from their faces or from their backs and they will not be aided... Rather, it will come to them unexpectedly and bewilder them, and they will not be able to repel it, nor will they be reprieved.
Mark 13:32 - 33, Gospel
[For] of that Day and [that] Hour knows no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son [of man], but the [Creator]. [So] take heed, watch and pray, for you do not know when the time is.
Isaiah 47:11, Torah
Therefore evil will come upon you; you will not know from where it rises, and mischief will fall upon you; you will not be able to put it off, and desolation will come upon you suddenly, [which] you will not know.
[Sirach 5:7], Torah
[So] make no delay to turn to the Lord, and do not put off from day to day; for suddenly the wrath of the Lord will come forth, and in your security, you will be destroyed, and perish in the Day of Vengeance.
Every soul will taste death, and you will only be given your compensation on the Day of Resurrection. So he who is drawn away from the Fire and admitted to Paradise has attained. And what is the life of this world except the enjoyment of delusion?
Ezekiel 7:1 - 4, Torah
Moreover the word of the Lord came to me, saying, "Also, you Son of man; thus the Lord God says to the land of Israel, "An End, the End has come upon the four corners of the land. Now the End [has come] upon you, and I will send My anger upon you, and will judge you according to your ways, and will recompense upon you all your abominations. And My eye will not spare you, neither will I have pity, but I will recompense your ways upon you, and your abominations will be in the midst of you, and you will know that I [am] the Lord."
[Barnabas 21:1], Gospel
[And so] it is therefore good to learn the ordinances of the Lord, as many who have been written above, and to walk in them. For he who does these things will be glorified in the kingdom of God; whereas he who chooses their opposites will perish together with his works. For this cause is the Resurrection, for this [is] the Recompense.
Luke 14:13 - 14, Gospel
"[So] when you make a feast, call the poor, the maimed, the lame, the blind, and you will be blessed; for they cannot recompense you, for you will be recompensed at the Resurrection of the just."
[But] no soul knows what has been hidden for them of comfort for eyes as reward for what they used to do.
1 Corinthians 2:9, Gospel
[For] as it is written, "Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God has prepared for those who love Him."
Isaiah 64:4, Torah
[Thus,] since the beginning of the world [men] have not heard, nor perceived by the ear, neither has the eye seen, O God, beside You, [what] He has prepared for him who waits for Him.
