But this first command to fight in the chronological order only occurs after 87 surahs (in Al-Baqarah), with no fighting verses in the first 86 surahs; but in the traditional order, verses commanding fighting occur only after 2 surahs (also in Al-Baqarah)
This Qur'an translation is based off of Sahih International but with considerable changes, such as:
the wording is in modern English, for God did not send any messenger except speaking in the language of his people to state clearly for them [14:4]
this includes changing phrasing such as "fear not" to "do not fear"
reversing phrasing such as "to your Lord is the return" to "the return is to your Lord"
changing Allah to God
changing Islam/Muslim to submission [to God]/submitted [to God]
"Strike them" in 4:34 is translated as "set forth from them [in divorce]," whereby the logic and verses supporting this translation are here
The URL naming convention is based on the chronological order of the Qur'an, so to go to a surah using the traditional order, add ?c to the end: https://quranicwarners.org/quran2?c
The link above will take you to surah 2 (Al-Baqarah), which would be https://quranicwarners.org/quran87
But when citing a verse on any page, the naming convention is by the traditional order, so 2:5 still refers to Al-Baqarah verse 5.
