Christians Make Images of Jesus on the Cross, After the Figure of a Man, and Call him their "Lord" and their "God"

But God will Not Give His Praise to Images, so do Not Set up Any Image of Stone or Wood of Anything in Heaven or on Earth, the Likeness of Male or Female

Deuteronomy 4:23, Torah
[So] take heed to yourselves, unless you forget the covenant of the Lord your God, which He made with you, and make a carved image, [or] the likeness of any [thing], which the Lord your God has forbidden you -

Leviticus 26:1, Torah
[When God said,] "You will make no idols or carved image, neither rear up a standing image, neither will you set up [any] image of stone in your land, to prostrate to it, for I [am] the Lord your God -

Isaiah 42:8, Torah
[Indeed,] I [am] the Lord, that [is] My name, and I will not give My glory to another, neither My praise to carved images."

Exodus 20:4, Torah
[And thus,] you will not make any carved image to you, or any likeness [of any thing] that [is] in heaven above, or that [is] in the earth beneath, or that [is] in the water under the earth.

Deuteronomy 16:22, Torah
Neither will you set up [any] image; which the Lord your God hates.

Isaiah 42:17, Torah
[For] they will be turned back, they will be greatly ashamed, who trust in carved images, who say to the molten images, "You [are] our gods."

Isaiah 45:20, Torah
[So] assemble yourselves and come; draw near together, you [who have] escaped from the nations, they have no knowledge who set up the wood [cross] of their carved image, and pray to a god [that] cannot save -

Isaiah 44:13, Torah
[For] the carpenter stretches out [his] rule; he marks it out with a line; he fits it with planes, and he marks it out with the compass, and makes it after the figure of a man [Jesus], according to the beauty of a man; so that it may remain in the house.

Isaiah 44:15, Torah
Indeed, he makes a god and prostrates to [it]; he makes it a carved image [of Jesus], and falls down thereto.

Isaiah 44:17 - 18, Torah
And the residue thereof he makes a god, [even] his carved image [of Jesus], he falls down to it, and prostrates to [it], and prays to it, and says, "Deliver me; for you [O Jesus,] [are] my god."
They have not known or understood, for He has shut their eyes, so that they cannot see; [and] their hearts, so that they cannot understand -

{3 Nephi 19:18}, Torah
[For] behold, [when] they began to pray; they prayed to Jesus, calling him their "Lord" and their "God."

Romans 1:21 - 23, Gospel
[And thus,] when they knew God, they did not glorify [Him] as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.
Professing themselves to be wise, [they say, "Jesus is God," but] they became fools, [for] they changed the glory of the incorruptible God into an image made like a corruptible man [Jesus].

Deuteronomy 4:16, Torah
[So do not] corrupt [yourselves] and make a carved image [of Jesus], the similitude of any figure, the likeness of male or female.

No Creature of Flesh can Look at the Appearance of God and Live, for His Raiment is Brighter than the Sun

John 14:9, Gospel
[But Christians say,] "He who has seen [Jesus] has seen the Father;"

But you have Not Seen God's Shape at Any Time, Even Moses Saw No Similitude the Day the Lord Spoke to him

1 Timothy 6:16, Gospel
[God] only has immortality, dwelling in the light which no man can approach; whom no man has seen, nor can see, to whom [belongs] honor and everlasting power.

John 5:37, Gospel
[And thus Jesus said,] "The [Lord] Himself, who has sent me, has borne witness of me.  You have not seen His shape, nor heard His voice at any time."

6:102 - 103, Qur'an
[For] that is God, your Lord; there is no god except Him, the Creator of all things, so serve Him.  And He is Disposer of all things.
Vision does not grasp Him, but He grasps [all] vision; and He is the Subtle, the Aware.

Deuteronomy 4:15, Torah
Therefore, take good heed to yourselves; for you saw no manner of similitude on the day [that] the Lord spoke to you in Horeb out of the midst of the fire.

Jesus himself Said, "The First of All Commandments is - the Lord, my God and your God, is One Lord"

And Thus, they have Certainly Disbelieved who Say that "God is the Third of Three [a Trinity]"

5:73, Qur'an
They have certainly disbelieved who say, "God is the third of three [the Trinity] -

{2 Nephi 31:21}, Torah
[Indeed, the] Father, and the Son, and the Holy Spirit, [these three] are one God."

5:73, Qur'an
[But] there is no god except one God.

James 2:19, Gospel
[And thus, if] you believe that there is one God; you do well, the devils also believe, and tremble.

And one of the scribes came, and having heard them reasoning together, and perceiving that he had answered them well, asked him, "Which is the first commandment of all?"

6:19, Qur'an
[So] say, "What thing is greatest in testimony?"  Say, "God is witness between me and you.  And this Qur'an was revealed to me so that I may warn you thereby and whomever it reaches.  Do you [truly] testify that there are other gods with God?" Say, "I will not testify [with you]."  Say, "Indeed, He is only one God, and indeed, I am innocent of what you associate [with Him] -"

{Alma 11:44}, Torah
[For Christians say that] "Christ the Son, and God the Father, and the Holy Spirit, [these three] are one Eternal God."

4:171, Qur'an
[So] O People of the Scripture, do not commit excess in your religion or say [anything] about God except the truth.  The Christ, Jesus, the son of Mary, was only a messenger of God [and the Christ], and His word which He directed to Mary and the [Holy] Spirit from Him.  So believe in God and His messengers.  And do not say, "[God is a] Trinity [with the Holy Spirit and the Son of God]," desist - [it is] better for you.  Indeed, God is only one God. [And] He is Exalted above having a son, [for] whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth [belongs] to Him. And God is sufficient as Disposer of affairs.

There is No god Beside Me; a Just God and a Savior; There are None Beside Me

Thus, He has No Partner, it is God who is God in the Heaven and He is God on the Earth

[So] say, "I am only a warner, and there is no god except God, the One, the Prevailing" -

34:27, Qur'an
[So] say, "Show me those whom you have attached to Him as partners.  No! Rather, He [alone] is God, the Almighty, the Wise."

"[Thus,] He has no partner.  And I have been commanded this, and I am the first [among you of Mecca] of those in submission [to God]."

God has Submitted All Things under His Feet, Even the Son of Man himself will also be Submitted to Him

But they, being Ignorant of God's Righteousness and Going About to Establish their Own Righteousness, have Not Submitted themselves to the Righteousness of God, so Submit yourselves Therefore to God

Psalms 81:8 - 15, Torah
Hear, O My people, and I will testify to you, O Israel, if you will hear Me;
there will be no strange god in you; neither will you prostrate to any strange god.  I [am] the Lord your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, open your mouth wide, and I will fill it.  But My people would not hear My voice; and Israel would not comply with Me.  So I gave them up to their own hearts' lust, [and] they walked in their own counsels.  Oh that My people had listened to Me, [and] Israel had walked in My ways!  I should soon have subdued their enemies, and turned My hand against their adversaries.  The haters of the Lord should have submitted themselves to Him, but their time should have endured forever.

Romans 10:3, Gospel
For they, being ignorant of God's righteousness and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves to the righteousness of God.

James 4:7, Gospel
Submit yourselves therefore to God.  Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

1 Corinthians 15:27 - 28, Gospel
For He has submitted all things under His feet.  But when He says all things are submitted under [Him, it is] clear that He is excepted, who submitted all things under Him.
And when all things will be submitted to Him, then the Son [of man] himself will also be submitted to Him who submitted all things under Him, so that God may be all in all.

3:83, Qur'an
So is it [a religion] other than the religion of God they desire, while [all] those within the heavens and earth have submitted to Him, willingly or by compulsion, and they will be returned to Him?

22:78, Qur'an
[So] strive for God with the true striving [due] to Him.  He has chosen you and has not placed any difficulty upon you in the religion.  [It is] the religion of your father, Abraham.  [God] named you "in submission [to God]" [l-mus'limīna] before [in former Scriptures] and in this [revelation] so that the messenger may be a witness over you and you may be witnesses over the people.  So establish prayer and give purifying [alms] and hold firmly to God.  He is your Protector; and the protector is excellent, and the helper is excellent.

31:22 - 24, Qur'an
[So] whoever submits his face to God while he is a doer of good - then he has grasped the most trustworthy handhold. And the outcome of [all] matters will be to God.
And whoever has disbelieved - do not let his disbelief grieve you. Their return is to Us, and We will inform them of what they did. Indeed, God is Knowing of that within the hearts.  We grant them enjoyment for a little; then We will force them to a severe punishment.

Psalms 66:3, Torah
[So] say to God, "How terrible [are You in] Your works!  Your enemies will submit themselves to You through the greatness of Your power."

2 Chronicles 30:8, Torah
[So] now do not be stiffnecked, as your fathers [were, but] submit yourselves to the Lord, and enter into His sanctuary, which He has sanctified forever, and serve the Lord your God, so that the fierceness of His wrath may turn away from you.

39:54, Qur'an
[So] return [in repentance] to your Lord and submit to Him before the punishment comes upon you; then you will not be helped -

40:66, Qur'an
[So] say, "Indeed, I have been forbidden to serve those you call upon besides God once the clear proofs have come to me from my Lord, and I have been commanded to submit to the Lord of the worlds."

We did Not Send Any Messenger Except that We Revealed to him, "Serve Me - the God of your Fathers, Abraham and Isaac"

But they Serve gods Besides God which He has Sent Down No Authority, so Put Away the gods which your Fathers Served and Serve the Lord

21:24 - 25, Qur'an
Have they taken gods besides Him? Say, "Produce your proof. This [Qur'an] is a reminder for those with me and a reminder for those before me." But most of them do not know the truth, so they are turning away.
[And yet,] We did not send any messenger before you except that We revealed to him that, "There is no god except Me, so serve Me."

23:23, Qur'an
And [thus] We had certainly sent Noah to his people, and he said, "O my people, serve God; you have no god other than Him; then will you not fear Him?"

29:16, Qur'an
And [We sent] Abraham, when he said to his people, "Serve God and fear Him. That is best for you, if you should know."

2:133, Qur'an
[And] when death approached Jacob, he said to his sons, "What will you serve after me?"  They said, "We will serve your God and the God of your fathers, Abraham and Ishmael and Isaac - one God.  And we are in submission to Him."

12:38 - 40, Qur'an
[And Joseph said,] "And I have followed the religion of my fathers, Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.  And it was not for us to associate anything with God.  That is from the favor of God upon us and upon the people, but most of the people are not grateful.
O [my] two companions of prison, are many different lords better or the One God, the Prevailing?  You do not serve [anything] besides Him except [mere] names you have named them, you and your fathers, for which God has sent down no authority.  Judgement is not for [anyone] except God.  He has commanded that you do not serve [anything] except Him.  That is the correct religion, but most of the people do not know" -

Deuteronomy 29:26, Torah
For they went and served other gods, and prostrated to them, gods whom they did not know, and [whom] He had not given to them.

Deuteronomy 28:14, Torah
[And thus Moses said,] "You will not go aside from any of the words which I command you this day, [to] the right hand, or [to] the left, to go after other gods to serve them.

Deuteronomy 13:4, Torah
[But] you will walk after the Lord your God, and fear Him, and keep His commandments, and obey His voice, and you will serve Him, and cleave to Him."

Joshua 22:5, Torah
[And Joshua said,] "[So] take diligent heed to do the commandment and the law, which Moses, the servant of the Lord, charged you, to love the Lord your God, and to walk in all His ways, and to keep His commandments, and to cleave to Him, and to serve Him with all your heart and with all your soul."

3:50 - 51, Qur'an
[And Jesus said,] "And [I have come] confirming what is in my hands of the Torah and to make some of what was forbidden to you [now] lawful for you.  And I have come to you with a sign from your Lord, so fear God and obey me.
Indeed, God is my Lord and your Lord, so serve Him.  That is the straight path."

98:5, Qur'an
And [thus,] they were not commanded to serve [anything] except God, [being] sincere to Him in religion, inclining to truth, and to establish prayer and to give purifying [alms]. And that is the correct religion.

39:14 - 16, Qur'an
[So] say [O Muhammad], "I serve God [alone], sincere to Him in my religion;
so serve what you will besides Him." Say, "Indeed, the losers are the ones who will lose their souls and their families on the Day of Resurrection. Unquestionably, that is the clear loss." They will have canopies of fire above them and canopies below them. By that, God threatens His servants. O My servants, then fear Me.

Joshua 24:14 - 15, Torah
Now therefore fear the Lord, and serve Him in sincerity and in truth, and put away the gods which your fathers served on the other side of the river, and in Egypt; and serve the Lord.
And if it seems evil to you to serve the Lord, choose this day whom you will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that [were] on the other side of the river, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you dwell, but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.

Acts 24:14, Gospel
[And thus,] I confess this to you, that after the way which they call heresy, that I serve the God of my fathers, believing all things which are written in the law and in the prophets -

21:92, Qur'an
[For] indeed this, your religion, is one religion, and I am your Lord, so serve Me.

Jesus Said, "You will Love the Lord your God with All your Heart, this is the First and Great Commandment"

But Among the People are those who Love Others as they should Love God, for the Lord Tests you, to Know Whether you Love the Lord your God with all your Heart

Luke 10:26 - 28, Gospel
[Remember when Jesus] said to him, "What is written in the law? How do you read?"
And answering, he said, "You will love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your strength, and with all your mind; and your neighbor as yourself." And [Jesus] said to him, "You have answered right, do this and you will live."

Deuteronomy 6:4 - 5, Torah
[For] hear, O Israel, the Lord our God [is] one Lord,
and you will love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your might.

[Sirach 13:14], Torah
[So] love the Lord [God] all your life, and call upon Him for your salvation -

Psalms 145:20, Torah
[For] the Lord [God] preserves all those who love Him, but He will destroy all the wicked.

[Sirach 2:15], Torah
[And thus,] those who fear the Lord [God] will not disobey His Word; and those who love Him will keep His ways.

Psalms 26:2, Torah
[So] test me, O Lord, and try me; refine my reins and my heart -

Deuteronomy 13:1 - 13:3, Torah
[And thus,] if a prophet arises among you, or a dreamer of dreams, and gives you a sign or a wonder,
and the sign or the wonder comes to pass, whereby he spoke to you, saying, "Let us go after other gods, which you have not known, and let us serve them;" you will not hear the words of that prophet, or that dreamer of dreams, for the Lord your God tests you, to know whether you love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul.

2:165, Qur'an
[And yet,] among the people are those who take [gods] other than God as equals [to Him].  They love them as they [should] love God.  But those who believe are stronger in love for God.  And if only those who have wronged would consider [that] when they see the punishment, [they will be certain] that all power [belongs] to God and that God is severe in punishment.

Deuteronomy 10:12 - 13, Torah
[So] now, Israel, what does the Lord your God require of you, but to fear the Lord your God, to walk in all His ways, and to love Him, and to serve the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul,
to keep the commandments of the Lord, and His statutes, which I command you this day for your good?

[And so remember when the prophet Jesus arose, he said,] "'You will love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.'
This is the first and great commandment."

3:31 - 32, Qur'an
[So] say [likewise, O prophet Muhammad], "If you should love God, then follow me, [so] God will love you and forgive your sins. And God is Forgiving and Merciful."

[For] listen to Me, O Jacob and Israel, My called; I [am] He; I [am] the First, I also [am] the Last."

Is it [Jesus] Other than God that you Fear? For Jesus himself Said, "I will Forewarn you whom you will Fear, 'Fear God,' who has Power to Cast into Gehenna"

They will say, "[They belong] to God." Say, "Then will you not fear [Him]?"

I Fell at Jesus' Feet to Prostrate to him but he Said to me, "Do Not Prostrate to me, and Tell your Brethren who have the Testimony of Jesus to Prostrate to God"

For Only those who Believe in Our Verses Fall Down in Prostration to God - Moses Prostrated to God, and Even Jesus Fell on his Face in Prostration to God

16:49, Qur'an
Whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth of creatures prostrates to God, and the angels [as well], and they are not arrogant.

[Even Jesus] went a little further, and fell on his face [prostrating to God], and prayed, saying, "O my [God], if it is possible, let this cup pass from me, nevertheless not as I will, but as You [will]."

Nehemiah 9:6, Torah
[For] You [O God], [even] You, [are] Lord alone; You have made heaven, the heaven of heavens, with all their host, the earth, and all [things] that [are] therein, the seas, and all that [is] therein, and You preserve them all; and the host of heaven prostrates to You.

Psalms 95:3 - 6, Torah
For the Lord [is] a great God, and a great King above all gods.
In His hand [are] the deep places of the earth, the strength of the hills [is] His also. The sea [is] His, and He made it, and His hands formed the dry [land]. [So] come, let us prostrate and bow down, let us kneel before the Lord our Maker.

God is the King of Kings, and He has No Partner in His Kingdom, for Your Throne, O God, is Forever and Ever

Revelation 17:14, Gospel
[But they say that the lamb, Jesus,] is lord of lords, and king of kings,

So Jesus himself Said, "You Say that I am a King, but the Kingdom is Yours Forever, [my God]"

Psalms 45:6, Torah
Your Throne, O God, [is] forever and ever, the scepter of Your Kingdom [is] a right scepter.

Psalms 47:6 - 9, Torah
[So] sing praises to God, sing praises, sing praises to our King, sing praises.
For God [is] the King of all the earth, sing praises with understanding.  God reigns over the heathen, God sits upon the Throne of His holiness.  The princes of the people are gathered together, [even] the people of the God of Abraham, for the shields of the earth [belong] to God, He is greatly Exalted.

23:116, Qur'an
[Thus,] God is [greatly] Exalted, the King, the Truth; there is no god except Him, Lord of the Noble Throne.

17:42, Qur'an
[So] say, "If there had been [other] gods with Him as they say [Jesus is with Him], then they [each] would have sought a way to the Owner of the Throne."

Psalms 9:7, Torah
But the Lord will endure forever, He has prepared His Throne for Judgement.

9:129, Qur'an
But if they turn away, say, "God is sufficient for me; there is no god except Him. I trust in Him, and He is the Lord of the Great Throne."

1 Kings 22:19, Torah
[So] hear therefore the word of the Lord, I saw the Lord sitting on His Throne, and all the host of heaven standing by Him on His right hand and on His left.

[Book of Enoch 9:4], Torah
And they said to their Lord, the King, "Lord of lords, God of gods, King of kings! Your glorious Throne endures for all the generations of the world, and [You are] blessed and praised!"

Revelation 7:11 - 12, Gospel
And [thus] all the angels stood around the Throne, and the elders and the four beasts, and they fell before the Throne on their faces, and prostrated to God,
saying, "Blessing, and glory, and wisdom, and thanksgiving, and honor, and power, and might, [are] to our God forever and ever."

39:75, Qur'an
[Thus] you will see the angels surrounding the Throne, exalting [God] with praise of their Lord.  And it will be judged between them in truth, and it will be said, "[All] praise [belongs] to Allah, Lord of the worlds."

Revelation 19:6, Gospel
And [so] I heard as it were, the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying, "Alleluia, for the Lord God omnipotent reigns [King]."

Revelation 19:5, Gospel
And a voice came out of the Throne, saying, "Praise our God - all His servants, and you who fear Him, both small and great."

[Book of Enoch 63:4], Torah
[And so] now we realize that we ought to praise and bless the Lord of kings and the One who is King over all kings.

17:111, Qur'an
[So] say, "Praise [belongs] to God, who has had no partner in [His] Kingdom, and has no [need of a] protector out of weakness, and who has not taken a son;" and glorify Him with [great] glorification.

Matthew 6:10, Gospel
[So say as Jesus said,] "Let Your Kingdom come [O my God]. Let Your will be done in earth, as [it is] in heaven."

John 18:37, Gospel
[And so] Pilate therefore said to [Jesus], "Are you a king then?" Jesus answered, "You say that I am a king. I was born to this end, and I came into the world for this cause, that I should bear witness to the truth. Everyone who is of the truth hears my voice -

Matthew 6:13, Gospel
[And the truth is that] the Kingdom is Yours, [my God and my King], and the power, and the glory, forever."

If Only those who have Wronged would Consider that All Power Belongs to God, Even the Powers that Be are Ordained by God

And Thus it was God who Anointed Jesus with Power, and so your Faith should Not Stand in the Wisdom of Men, but in the Power of God

Romans 13:1, Gospel
There is no power but of God, the powers that be, are ordained by God.

3:26, Qur'an
[So] say, "O God, Owner of Sovereignty, You give sovereignty to whom You will and You take sovereignty away from whom You will.  You honor whom You will and You humble whom You will.  [All] good is in Your hand.  Indeed, You are Powerful over all things."

Acts 10:38, Gospel
[And thus, it was] God [who] anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power, who went about doing good, and healing all who were oppressed by the devil; for God was with him.

2:165, Qur'an
[But] among the people are those who take [gods] other than God as equals [to Him].  They love them as they [should] love God.  But those who believe are stronger in love for God.  And if only those who have wronged would consider [that] when they see the punishment, [they will be certain] that all power [belongs] to God and that God is severe in punishment.

[Wisdom of Solomon 12:17 - 18], Torah
[And thus,] when men will not believe that You are of a full power, You show Your strength, and among those who know it, You make their boldness manifest.
But You, mastering Your power, judge with equity, and order us with great favor; for You may use power when You will.

1 Corinthians 2:5, Gospel
[And thus,] your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.

Psalms 62:11, Torah
[For] God has spoken once; twice have I heard this; that power [belongs] to God.

[Book of Enoch 9:5], Torah
[For] You have made everything, and [thus] power over everything is Yours. And everything is uncovered, and open, in front of You, and You see everything, and there is nothing that can be hidden from You.

You Create a Falsehood in Idols, for they are the Work of Men's Hands

Their Idols have Mouths but they do Not Speak, Eyes but they do Not See

Acts 15:20, Gospel
We write to them, that they abstain from pollutions of idols, and [from] fornication, and [from] things strangled, and [from] blood.

Isaiah 2:8, Torah
[For] their land is full of idols; they prostrate to the work of their own hands, that which their own fingers have made.

[Wisdom of Solomon 15:15], Torah
[For] they [have] counted all the idols of the heathen to be gods; which neither have the use of eyes to see, nor noses to draw breath, nor ears to hear, nor fingers of hands to handle; and as for their feet, they are slow to go -

Psalms 115:4 - 8, Torah
[For] their idols [are] silver and gold, the work of men's hands.
They have mouths, but they do not speak, they have eyes, but they do not see.  They have ears, but they do not hear, they have noses, but they do not smell.  They have hands, but they do not handle, they have feet, but they do not walk, neither do they speak through their throat.  Those who make them are like them; [so is] everyone who trusts in them.

Habakkuk 2:18 - 19, Torah
[So] what does the carved image [of Jesus] profit, that the maker thereof has engraved it; the molten image, and a teacher of lies, that the maker of his work trusts therein, to make dumb idols?
Woe to him who says to the wood [cross], "Awake;" [and] to the dumb stone, "Arise, it will teach!"  Behold, it [is] laid over with gold and silver, and [there is] no breath at all in the midst of it.

37:95, Qur'an
[And thus, We sent Abraham, and] he said [to his people], "Do you worship that which you [yourselves] carve?

[Book of Jubilees 12:4], Torah
Why do you serve things that have no spirit in them? For they are the work of [men's] hands, and you bear them on your shoulders?

29:17, Qur'an
[And thus,] you only serve idols besides God and you create a falsehood.  Indeed, those you serve besides God do not possess [the power of] provision for you.  So seek provision from God and serve Him and be grateful to Him.  You will be returned to Him."

7:193 - 196, Qur'an
[But] if you [believers] invite them to guidance, they will not follow you. It is all the same for you whether you invite them or are silent.
Indeed, those you [polytheists] call upon besides God are servants like you.  So call upon them and let them respond to you, if you should be truthful.  Do they have feet by which they walk?  Or do they have hands by which they strike?  Or do they have eyes by which they see?  Or do they have ears by which they hear?  Say, "Call your 'partners' and then conspire against me and give me no respite. Indeed, my protector is God, who has sent down the Book; and He is an ally to the righteous."

Their gods are Unable to Give them Help, for they Call upon that which has No Life and is Most Unable to do Anything

And Thus they are Powerless to Help Even themselves, for they are Vanity, and the Work of Errors, they will Perish in the Time of their Visitation

21:43, Qur'an
Or do they have gods to defend them other than Us?  They are unable to help [even] themselves, nor can they be protected from Us.

[Wisdom of Solomon 13:10], Torah
[For] they are miserable, and their hope is in dead things, who call them gods, which are the works of men's hands, gold and silver, to show art in, and resemblances of beasts, or a stone good for nothing, the work of an ancient hand.

[Wisdom of Solomon 13:17 - 14:1], Torah
[For] he makes prayer for his goods, for his wife and children, and is not ashamed to speak to that which has no life.
For health, he calls upon that which is weak; for life, prays to that which is dead; for aid, humbly beseeches that which has least means to help; and for a good journey he asks of that which cannot set a foot forward: and for gaining and getting, and for good success of his hands, asks ability to do of him, that is most unable to do anything.  Again, one preparing himself to sail, and about to pass through the raging waves, calls upon a piece of wood more rotten than the vessel that carries him.

[Wisdom of Solomon 13:16], Torah
[And yet] he provided for it so that it might not fall, knowing that it was unable to help itself; for it is an image, and has need of help.

Jeremiah 10:14 - 15, Torah
[Thus] every man is brutish in [his] knowledge, every founder is confounded by the carved image, for his molten image [is] falsehood, and [there is] no breath in them.
They [are] vanity, [and] the work of errors, they will perish in the time of their visitation -

7:192, Qur'an
[For] the [false gods] are unable to [give] them help, nor can they help themselves.

[Baruch 6:12 - 14], Torah
[For] one [idol] holds a scepter like the governor of a province, yet is powerless to put anyone to death who offends him.
Another holds sword and mace in his right hand, yet is powerless to defend himself against war or thieves. It is evident from this that they are not gods; do not be afraid of them.

[Baruch 6:57], Torah
[For] these wooden gods overlaid with gold or silver cannot evade thieves or marauders; strong men may rob them of their gold and silver and make off with the robes they are dressed in; yet they are powerless to help even themselves.

Isaiah 46:7, Torah
[Rather, men] bear [their god] upon the shoulder, they carry him, and set him in his place, and he stands; he will not remove from his place, indeed, [one] will cry to him, yet he cannot answer, nor save him out of his trouble.

7:197, Qur'an
And [thus,] those you call upon besides Him are unable to help you, nor can they help themselves.

[Book of Jubilees 12:2 - 3], Torah
And [thus, Abraham] said, "What help and profit do we have from those idols which you serve, and before which you bow yourself? For there is no spirit in them, for they are dumb forms, and a misleading of the heart. Do not serve them;
serve the God of heaven, who causes the rain and the dew to descend on the earth, and does everything upon the earth, and has created everything by His word, and all life is from before His Face."

God is the Creator of All Things, and they do Not Have Any Partnership with Him Therein

For I am the Lord and There are None Else, who Stretches the Heavens Alone, who Spreads the Earth Abroad by Myself, I the Lord do All These Things

10:34, Qur'an
Say, "Are there any of your 'partners' who begins creation and then repeats it?" Say, "God begins creation and then repeats it, so how are you deluded?"

Genesis 1:1, Torah
[For] in the beginning [it was] God [who] created the heavens and the earth.

Genesis 1:3 - 4, Torah
And God said, "Let there be light," and there was light.
And God saw the light, that [it was] good, and God divided the light from the darkness.

6:1, Qur'an
[And thus, all] praise is [due] to God, who created the heavens and the earth and made the darkness and the light. Then those who disbelieve equate [others] with their Lord.

31:25, Qur'an
[But] if you asked them, "Who created the heavens and earth?" they would surely say, "God."  [So] say, "[All] praise is [due] to God;" but most of them do not know.

43:87, Qur'an
And if you asked them who created them, they would surely say, "God." So how are they deluded?

Acts 7:50, Gospel
[For God said,] "Has My hand not made all these things?

Isaiah 66:2, Torah
[Yes,] My hand has made all those [things], and all those [things] have been," the Lord says.

34:22, Qur'an
[So] say, "Invoke those you claim besides God."  They do not possess an atom's weight [of ability] in the heavens or on the earth, and they do not have any partnership [with Him] therein, nor is there any assistant for Him from among them -

Isaiah 45:5 - 7, Torah
[For God said,] "I [am] the Lord, and [there are] none else, [there is] no god beside Me, I girded you, though you have not known Me.
So that they may know from the rising of the sun, and from the west, that [there are] none beside Me.  I [am] the Lord, and [there are] none else.  I form the light, and create darkness, I make peace, and create evil, I the Lord do all these [things]."

Isaiah 44:24, Torah
Thus the Lord says, your Redeemer, and He who formed you from the womb, "I [am] the Lord who makes all [things]; who stretches forth the heavens alone; who spreads the earth abroad by Myself."

13:16, Qur'an
[So] say, "Who is Lord of the heavens and earth?"  Say, "God."  Say, "Have you then taken protectors besides Him not possessing any benefit or any harm [even] for themselves?"  Say, "Is the blind equivalent to the seeing?  Or is darkness equivalent to light?  Or have they attributed partners to God who created [something] like His creation so that the creation [of each] seemed similar to them?"  Say, "God is the Creator of all things, and He is the One, the Prevailing."

Acts 17:24 - 25, Gospel
[So I declare Him to you,] God, who made the world and all things therein, seeing that He is Lord of heaven and earth, does not dwell in temples made with hands;
neither is He attended to by men's hands, as though He needed anything, seeing He gives life to all, and breath, and all things.

Psalms 146:6, Torah
[Thus it is the God of Jacob] who made heaven, and earth, the sea, and all that [is] therein, [it is God] who keeps truth forever.

The gods of Egypt that have Not Made the Heavens and the Earth will Perish

But the Eminent Among the People of Pharaoh Said, "Will you Leave Moses to Cause Corruption in the Land and Abandon you and your gods?"

Ra - the Egyptian sun god
Aker - the Egyptian god of the earth and the horizon
Baal - the Egyptian sky and storm god
Neith - the creator goddess, the mother goddess

46:4, Qur'an
[So] say, "Have you seen [the gods of Egypt] which you invoke besides God? Show me what they have created of the earth; or did they have partnership in [creation of] the heavens? Bring me a scripture [revealed] before this or a [remaining] trace of knowledge, if you should be truthful."

[Baruch 6:68], Torah
[But] there is not the slightest shred of evidence that they are gods; so do not be afraid of them!

Jeremiah 10:11, Torah
Thus you will say to them, 'The gods that have not made the heavens and the earth, [even] they will perish from the earth, and from under these heavens.'

Exodus 12:12, Torah
[For] I will pass through the land of Egypt this night, and will strike all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, both man and beast; and I will execute judgement against all the gods of Egypt, I [am] the Lord.

26:10 - 11, Qur'an
And [so] your Lord called Moses, [saying], "Go to the wrongdoing people -
the people of Pharaoh. Will they not fear [God]?"

7:127, Qur'an
[But] the eminent among the people of Pharaoh said, "Will you leave Moses and his people to cause corruption in the land and abandon you and your gods?  [Pharaoh] said, "We will kill their sons and keep their women alive; and indeed, we are subjugators over them."

2:49, Qur'an
[So] We saved your forefathers from the people of Pharaoh, who afflicted you with the worst torment, slaughtering your [newborn] sons and keeping your females alive.  And there was a great trial in that from your Lord.

11:101, Qur'an
And We did not wrong them, but they wronged themselves.  And they were not availed at all by their gods which they invoked other than God when the command of your Lord came.  And they did not increase them in [anything] other than ruin -

Numbers 33:4, Torah
For the Egyptians buried all [their] firstborn, whom the Lord had struck among them; the Lord also executed judgements upon their gods.

Joshua 24:14, Torah
Therefore fear the Lord, and serve Him in sincerity and in truth, and put away the gods which your fathers served on the other side of the river, and in Egypt; and serve the Lord.

Paul Saw Athens Wholly Given to Idolatry, for they Call upon Female gods Instead of Him, Saying, "Diana of the Ephesians is Great!"

For Satan Said, "I will Mislead them All," and Thus All Asia and the World Reveres the Great goddess Diana

Diana - the Roman goddess of nature and the moon
Jupiter - the Roman god of the sky
also Venus, Mars, Saturn, Neptune, Pluto, Ceres, Apollo, and Vulcan

43:57 - 58, Qur'an
And when the son of Mary was set forth as an example, immediately your people turned away.
And they said, "Are our gods better, or is he?"  They did not set forth the comparison except for [mere] argument.  But, [in fact], they are a people prone to dispute.

Acts 17:16, Gospel
[And later,] while Paul waited for them at Athens, his spirit was stirred in him, when he saw the city wholly given to idolatry.

Acts 19:24 - 28, Gospel
For a certain [man] named Demetrius, a silversmith, who made silver shrines for Diana, brought no small gain to the craftsmen;
whom he called together with the workmen of like occupation, and said, "Men, you know that we have our wealth by this craft.  Moreover you see and hear, that not at Ephesus alone, but almost throughout all Asia, this Paul has persuaded and turned away many people, saying that they are not gods, which are made with hands.  So that not only is our craft in danger to be set at nothing; but also that the temple of the great goddess Diana should be despised, and her magnificence should be destroyed, whom all Asia and the world reveres."  And when they heard [these sayings], they were full of wrath, and cried out, saying, "Diana of the Ephesians [is] great!"

Acts 19:35, Gospel
And when the town clerk had appeased the people, he said, "Men of Ephesus, what man is there who does not know how the city of the Ephesians is a servant of the great goddess Diana, and of the [image] which fell down from Jupiter?"

Acts 19:34, Gospel
[So] when they knew that he was a Jew, all cried out with one voice about the space of two hours, "Diana of the Ephesians [is] great!"

4:117 - 120, Qur'an
[Thus,] they call upon none but female [gods] instead of Him, and they [actually] call upon none but a rebellious Satan,
whom God has cursed. For he had said, "I will surely take an allocated portion from among Your servants. And I will mislead them, and I will arouse [sinful] desires in them, and I will command them so that they will slit the ears of cattle, and I will command them so that they will change the creation of God." And whoever takes Satan as an ally instead of God has certainly sustained a clear loss. Satan promises them and arouses desire in them. But Satan does not promise them [anything] except delusion -

Acts 14:11 - 13, Gospel
[For] when the people saw what Paul had done, they lifted up their voices, saying in the speech of Lycaonia, "The gods have come down to us in the likeness of men."
And they called Barnabas, "Jupiter;" and Paul, "Mercurius," because he was the chief speaker.  Then the priest of Jupiter, who was before their city, brought oxen and garlands to the gates, and would have done sacrifice with the people.

Acts 14:14 - 16, Gospel
[Which] when the apostles, Barnabas and Paul, heard [of], they tore their clothes, and ran in among the people, crying out
and saying, "Men, why do you do these things?  We are also men of like passions with you, and we preach to you that you should turn from these vanities to the living God, who made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and all things that are therein.  Who in times past left all nations to walk in their own ways."

43:45, Qur'an
[So] ask those We sent before you of Our messengers; have We made gods besides the Most Gracious to be served?

You have Borne the Star of your god - Figures which you Made, to Serve them

So O Children of Israel, Fulfill My Covenant that you will Not Make Any Image of Any Thing that is in Heaven, or the Lord will Scatter you Among the Nations, and you will be Left Few in Number Among the Heathen

Deuteronomy 5:2, Torah
The Lord our God made a covenant with us in Horeb -

Deuteronomy 5:7, Torah
You will have no other gods before Me.

Deuteronomy 5:8, Torah
You will not make [any] carved image, [or] any likeness [of any thing] that [is] in heaven above, or that [is] in the earth beneath, or that [is] in the waters beneath the earth [to prostrate to them or serve them].

2:40, Qur'an
[So] O Children of Israel, remember My favor which I have bestowed upon you and fulfill My covenant [upon you] so that I will fulfill your covenant [from Me], and be afraid of [only] Me -

Deuteronomy 28:58, Torah
[For] if you will not observe to do all the words of this law that are written in this Book, that you may fear this glorious and fearful name, the Lord your God;

Deuteronomy 28:62, Torah
[Then] you will be left few in number, whereas you were as the stars of heaven for multitude; because you would not obey the voice of the Lord your God.

Deuteronomy 28:45 - 46, Torah
Moreover all these curses will come upon you, and will pursue you, and overtake you, until you are destroyed; because you did not listen to the voice of the Lord your God, to keep His commandments and His statutes which He commanded you.
And they will be for a sign upon you and for a wonder, and upon your seed forever.

Deuteronomy 28:64 - 65, Torah
And the Lord will scatter you among all people, from the one end of the earth even to the other; and there you will serve other gods, which neither you nor your fathers have known, [even] wood [crosses] and stone.
And you will find no ease among these nations, neither will the sole of your foot have rest, but the Lord will give you a trembling heart there, and failing of eyes, and sorrow of mind.

Deuteronomy 28:20, Torah
[For] the Lord will send cursing upon you, [and] vexation, and rebuke, in all that you set your hand to do, until you are destroyed, and until you perish quickly; because of the wickedness of your doings, whereby you have forsaken Me -

*Amos 5:26, Torah
[For] you have borne the tabernacle of your Moloch and Chiun, your images, the star of your god, which you made to yourselves -

*Acts 7:42 - 43, Gospel
[For] God turned, and gave them up to serve the host of heaven; as it is written in the book of the prophets, 'O house of Israel, have you offered slain beasts and sacrifices to Me [for] forty years in the wilderness?
Indeed, you took up the tabernacle of Moloch, and the star of your god Remphan, figures which you made, to prostrate to them, and I will carry you away beyond Babylon."

Deuteronomy 28:63, Torah
And [thus,] it will come to pass, [that] as the Lord rejoiced over you to do you good, and to multiply you; so the Lord will rejoice over you to destroy you, and to bring you to nothing; and you will be plucked from off the land where you go to possess it.

Deuteronomy 4:27, Torah
And the Lord will scatter you among the nations, and you will be left few in number among the heathen, where the Lord will lead you.

Deuteronomy 28:61, Torah
Also every sickness, and every plague, which [is] not written in the Book of this law, the Lord will bring them upon you, until you are destroyed.

7:167, Qur'an
And [thus] your Lord declared that He would surely [continue to] send those who would afflict them with the worst torment until the Day of Resurrection. Indeed, your Lord is swift in penalty; but indeed, He is Forgiving and Merciful.

Deuteronomy 4:23, Torah
[So] take heed to yourselves, unless you forget the covenant of the Lord your God, which He made with you, and make a carved image, [or] the likeness of any [thing to prostrate to them or serve them], which the Lord your God has forbidden you.

They Forgot God and Made themselves a Calf and Said, "This is your god who Brought you up out of Egypt"

And Thus they Changed the Glory of God into an Image Made Like an Ox and a Man and Served the Creature More than the Creator

Hosea 13:4, Torah
I [am] the Lord your God from the land of Egypt, and you will know no god but Me, for [there is] no savior beside Me.

*1 Corinthians 10:7, Gospel
[So] neither be idolaters, as some of them [were]; as it is written, "The people sat down to eat and drink, and rose up to play."

*Exodus 32:6 - 9, Torah
[It reads,] and they rose up early on the morrow, and offered burnt offerings, and brought peace offerings; and the people sat down to eat and drink, and rose up to play.
And the Lord said to Moses, "Go, get down; for your people, whom you brought out of the land of Egypt, have corrupted [themselves]. They have turned aside quickly out of the way which I commanded them, they have made themselves a molten calf, and have prostrated to it, and have sacrificed thereto, and said, 'These [are] your gods, O Israel, which have brought you up out of the land of Egypt.'" And the Lord said to Moses, "I have seen these people, and, behold, they [are] a stiffnecked people.'"

Acts 7:41, Gospel
[For] they made a calf in those days, and offered sacrifice to the idol, and rejoiced in the works of their own hands.

20:88, Qur'an
[For the Samiri] brought forth the body of a calf for them which had a lowing sound, and they said, "This is your god and the god of Moses, but he forgot."

Psalms 106:20 - 21, Torah
Thus they changed His glory into the similitude of an ox who eats grass.
[And so] they forgot God their Savior, who had done great things in Egypt.

Nehemiah 9:18, Torah
Indeed, [for] when they had made themselves a molten calf, [they] said, "This [is] your god who brought you up out of Egypt," and they had done great provocations.

Psalms 106:19, Torah
[For] they made a calf in Horeb, and prostrated to the molten image.

1 Corinthians 10:11 - 12, Gospel
Now all these things happened to them for examples, and they are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the world have come.
Therefore let him who thinks he stands, take heed unless he falls.

Romans 1:21 - 23, Gospel
Because when they knew God, they did not glorify [Him] as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.
Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, and changed the glory of the incorruptible God into an image made like a corruptible man, and birds, and four-footed beasts [the calf], and creeping things.

Romans 1:25, Gospel
[And thus they] changed the truth of God into a lie, and revered and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed forever.

Nor Could he Order you to Take the Angels and Scholars and Monks as Lords

And Thus when Cornelius Prostrated to [Saint] Peter, [Saint] Peter Said, "Stand Up, I myself am Also a Man;" and the Angel Said, "See that you do Not Prostrate to me"

9:31, Qur'an
They have taken their scholars and monks as lords besides God, and [also] the Messiah, the son of Mary. And they were not commanded to serve [anyone] except one God; there is no god except Him. He is exalted above whatever they associate [with Him] -

Acts 10:25, Gospel
[For remember that] as Peter was coming in, Cornelius met him, and fell down at his feet, and prostrated to [Saint Peter].

3:79, Qur'an
[But] it is not for a human [prophet] that God should give him the Scripture and authority and prophethood and then he would say to the people, "Be servants to me rather than God," but [instead you should] be rabbis because of what you have taught of the Scripture and because of what you have studied.

3:80, Qur'an
Nor could he order you to take the angels and prophets as lords.  Would he order you to disbelief after you had been in submission [to God]?

Acts 10:26, Gospel
[And thus Saint] Peter took him up, saying, "Stand up [and do not prostrate to me]; I myself am also a man."

3:64, Qur'an
[So] say, "O People of the Scripture, come to a word that is equitable between us and you - that we will not serve [anything] except God and not associate anything with Him and not take one another as lords instead of God."  But if they turn away, then say, "Bear witness that we are submitting [to Him]."

34:40, Qur'an
And [warn of] the Day when He will gather them all and then say to the angels, "Did these [people] used to serve you?"

Revelation 22:8, Gospel
[For remember when] I John saw these things, and heard [them].  And when I had heard and seen, I fell down to prostrate before the feet of the angel which showed me these things.

Revelation 22:9, Gospel
[But the angel] says to me, "See [that you do not prostrate to me], for I am your fellow servant [of God], and [tell] your brethren the prophets, and [tell] those who keep the sayings of this Book - prostrate to God."

The Knowledge of the Hour is Only with God, and Thus Jesus Said, "No Man Knows of that Hour, Nor the Angels, Neither the Son of Man"

For the Keys of the Unseen are with God, None Know them Except Him, for God Alone has Encompassed All Things in Knowledge

Romans 11:33, Gospel
O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable [are] His judgements, and His ways past finding out!

64:4, Qur'an
He knows what is within the heavens and earth and knows what you conceal and what you declare.  And God is Knowing of that within the hearts.

Psalms 147:5, Torah
[Thus] our Lord [is] great, and of great power, His understanding [is] infinite -

6:59, Qur'an
The keys of the unseen are with Him; none know them except Him.  And He knows what is on the land and in the sea.  No leaf falls except that He knows it. And there is no grain within the darknesses of the earth and no moist or dry [thing] except that it is [written] in a clear Book.

Romans 11:34, Gospel
[So] who has known the mind of the Lord?  Or who has been His counselor?

27:65, Qur'an
[So] say, "None in the heavens and earth know the unseen except God, and they do not perceive when they will be resurrected" -

41:47, Qur'an
[For] knowledge of the Hour is attributed to Him [alone].  And fruits do not emerge from their coverings nor does a female conceive or give birth except with His knowledge.  And the Day He will call to them, "Where are My 'partners'?" they will say, "We announce to You that there is [no longer] any witness [to that] among us."

23:92, Qur'an
[For He alone is] Knower of the unseen and the witnessed, He is high above what they associate [with Him].

5:116 - 117, Qur'an
[So beware the Day] when God will say, "O Jesus, Son of Mary, did you say to the people, 'Take me and my mother as gods besides God'?" He will say, "You are Exalted! It was not for me to say that which I have no right to.  If I had said it, You would have known it. You know what is within myself, and I do not know what is within Yourself.  Indeed, it is You who are Knower of the unseen.
I did not say [anything] to them except what You commanded me -

Mark 13:32, Gospel
[That] no man knows of that Day and [that] Hour, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son [of man], but the [Creator only]."

20:98, Qur'an
[For] your God is only God, except for whom there is no god. He [alone] has encompassed all things in knowledge.

7:187, Qur'an
[So] they ask you about the Hour, when is its arrival?  Say, "Its knowledge is only with my Lord.  None will reveal its time except Him.  It lays heavily upon the heavens and the earth.  It will not come upon you except suddenly."  They ask you as if you are familiar with it. Say, "Its knowledge is only with God, but most of the people do not know."

Jesus himself Said, "My [Lord] is Greater than I, for the Servant is Not Greater than his Lord"

And Indeed, Jesus was a Servant of God, for God Said, "Behold My Servant Jesus, but I will Not Give My Glory to Another"

43:59, Qur'an
Jesus was nothing but a servant whom We bestowed favor upon, and We made him an example for the Children of Israel -

*Matthew 12:17 - 18, Gospel
So that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Isaiah the prophet, saying,
"Behold My servant [Jesus], whom I have chosen; My beloved, in whom My soul is well pleased, I will put My [Holy] Spirit upon him, and he will show judgement to the Gentiles."

*Isaiah 42:1, Torah
[It reads,] behold My servant, whom I uphold; My elect, [in whom] My soul delights; I have put My [Holy] Spirit upon him, he will bring forth judgement to the Gentiles -

Isaiah 42:6 - 8, Torah
I the Lord have called you in righteousness, and will hold your hand, and will keep you, and give you for a covenant of the people, for a light of the Gentiles;
to open the blind eyes, to bring out the prisoners from the prison, [and] those who sit in darkness out of the prison house. [But] I [alone am] the Lord, that [is] My name, and I will not give My glory to another, neither My praise to carved images."

27:59, Qur'an
[So] say, "Praise [belongs] to God [alone], and peace upon His servants whom He has chosen. Is God better [or greater], or [Jesus, whom] they associate [with Him]?"

John 14:28, Gospel
[For Jesus himself said, "Indeed,] my [God] is greater than I.

John 5:38, Gospel
[But] you do not have His Word abiding in you, for you do not believe [me] whom He has sent -

John 13:16, Gospel
[For] verily, verily, I say to you, 'The servant is not greater than his Lord; neither he who is sent greater than He who sent him.'"

4:172, Qur'an
[And] the Messiah would never disdain to be a servant of God, nor would the angels near [to Him]. And whoever disdains serving Him and is arrogant - He will gather them to Himself all together.

Jesus was a Man Approved by God through Miracles, which God did through him, but When God Removes Adversity from you, at Once a Group of you Associates [Jesus] with God

And yet Joshua Made the Sun to Stand Still, but Everyone Confesses he is a Dead Man, and Elijah Made Fire Come down from Heaven, but Everyone Confesses he is a Man

Acts 2:22, Gospel
Men of Israel, hear these words; Jesus of Nazareth [was] a man approved by God among you through miracles and wonders and signs, which God did through him in the midst of you, as you yourselves also know -

John 11:21 - 22, Gospel
[For remember when] Martha said to Jesus, "Lord, if you had been here, my brother would not have died.
But I know, that even now, whatever you will ask of God, God will give you."

John 11:39, Gospel
[So] Jesus said, "Take away the stone."  Martha, the sister of him who was dead, says to him, "Lord, by this time he stinks, for he has been [dead] for four days." Jesus says to her, "Did I not say to you, that, if you would believe, you should see the glory of God?"

John 11:41, Gospel
Then they took away the stone [from the place] where the dead was laid. And Jesus lifted up [his] eyes, and said, "[God], I thank You that You have heard me. And I knew that You hear me always, but because of the people who stand by, I said [it], so that they may believe that You have sent me."

14:11, Qur'an
[Thus] their messengers said to them, "We are only men like you, but God confers favor upon whomever He wills of His servants.  It has never been for us to bring you an authority except by permission of God.  And let the believers trust in God."

John 11:43 - 44, Gospel
And when he had thus spoken, he cried with a loud voice, "Lazarus, come forth."
And he who was dead came forth, bound hand and foot with grave clothes, and his face was bound about with a napkin.  Jesus says to them, "Loose him, and let him go."

Luke 13:11 - 13, Gospel
And [also remember], behold, there was a woman who had a spirit of infirmity for eighteen years, and was bowed together, and could in no wise lift [herself] up.
And when Jesus saw her, he called [her to him], and said to her, "Woman, you are loosed from your infirmity."  And he laid [his] hands on her, and immediately she was made straight, and glorified God.

Matthew 9:8, Gospel
[And remember] when the multitudes saw [that Jesus had healed a man with palsy], they marveled, and glorified God, who had given such power to men -

Acts 10:38, Gospel
[For it was] God [who] anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power, who went about doing good, and healing all who were oppressed by the devil; for God was with him.

6:64, Qur'an
[So] say, "It is God who saves you from [this] and from every distress; then you [still] associate others [such as Jesus] with Him" -

Luke 8:39, Gospel
[For remember when Jesus had cast out devils, Jesus said,] "Return to your own house, and show what great things God has done to you."  [But] he went his way, and published throughout the whole city what great things Jesus had done to him.

16:53 - 55, Qur'an
[But] whatever you have of favor - it is from God.  Then when adversity touches you, you cry to Him for help.
Then when He removes the adversity from you, at once a group of you associates others [such as Jesus] with their Lord, so they will deny what We have given them.  Then enjoy yourselves, for soon you are going to know -

3:49, Qur'an
[That it was God who made Jesus] a messenger to the Children of Israel, [who said], "Indeed I have come with a miracle to you from your Lord in that I design [something] from clay for you like the form of a bird, then I breathe into it and it becomes a bird by permission of God. And I cure the blind and the leper, and I give life to the dead - by permission of God. And I inform you of what you eat and what you store in your houses. Indeed there is a sign in that for you, if you are believers -

[Gospel of Barnabas 94:3], Gospel
[For consider that] Moses [made the frogs and lice to come into Egypt, which covered the ground, he slew the firstborn, and opened the sea, wherein he drowned Pharaoh. But I, Jesus, have done none of these things, but] everyone confesses that he is a dead man at this present. Joshua made the sun to stand still, and opened the Jordan, which I have not yet done. And of Joshua, everyone confesses that he is a dead man at this present. Elijah made fire to visibly come down from heaven, and rain, which I have not done. And of Elijah, everyone confesses that he is a man. And [in like manner,] very many other prophets, holy men, friends of God, who have done things in the power of God which cannot be grasped by the minds of those who do not know our God, Almighty and Merciful, who is blessed forevermore."

Jesus Said, "Before Abraham was, I am," for Even Before the Stars were Created, the Son of Man was Named

For God Created All Things with Predestination, and Thus Jesus Said, "Abraham Rejoiced to See my Day, and he Saw it and was Glad, for All Things Must be Fulfilled which were Already Written in the Prophets Concerning me"

5:72, Qur'an
They have certainly disbelieved who say, "God is the Christ, the son of Mary"

John 8:58, Gospel
[Whereby they say this, for] Jesus said to [the Jews], "Verily, verily, I say to you, 'Before Abraham was, I am.'"

54:49, Qur'an
[But] indeed, We created all things with predestination.

[Book of Enoch 48:3], Torah
[And thus,] even before the sun and the constellations were created, before the stars of heaven were made, his name was named in front of the Lord of spirits.

[Book of Enoch 48:2], Torah
[For it was] at that hour that Son of man was named, in the presence of the Lord of spirits, and his name brought to the Head of Days.

[Sirach 23:20], Torah
[And thus,] He knew all things before they were ever created; so also after they were perfected, He looked upon them all.

Psalms 139:16, Torah
[And thus,] Your eyes saw my unformed being; and all [my days] were written in Your Book, the days [which] were formed when [there was] not one of them.

15:24, Qur'an
[And so] We have already known the preceding [generations] among you, and We have already known the later [ones to come].

27:57, Qur'an
[And so remember Lot, when] We saved him and his family, except for his wife; We destined her to be among those who remained behind.

54:11 - 12, Qur'an
[And remember Noah, when] We opened the gates of the heaven with water pouring down
and caused the earth to burst with springs, and the waters met for a matter already predestined -

57:22, Qur'an
[For] no disaster strikes upon the earth or among yourselves except that it is in a Book before We bring it into being - indeed that is easy for God -

[Book of Enoch 39:11], Torah
[For] there is no end in His presence.  He knew before the world was created what the world would be, even for all the generations that are to come.

19:20 - 21, Qur'an
[And so remember Mary, when] she said, "How can I have a boy while no man has touched me and I have not been unchaste?"
He said, "Thus [it will be]; your Lord says, 'It is easy for Me, and We will make [Jesus] a sign to the people and a mercy from Us.  And it is a matter [already] decreed -'

Luke 1:31, Gospel
[So] behold, you will conceive in your womb, and bring forth a son, and will call his name Jesus."

[Sirach 42:19], Torah
[And thus,] He declares the things that are past, and to come, and reveals the steps of hidden things.

19:41, Qur'an
And [so] remember in the Book, Abraham. Indeed, he was a man of truth and a prophet.

John 8:56, Gospel
[And thus, Jesus said] "Your father Abraham rejoiced to see my day, and he saw [it in prophecy], and was glad -

Psalms 138:7, Torah
[For] though I walk in the midst of trouble, You will make me live, You will stretch forth Your hand against the wrath of my enemies, and Your right hand will save me."

Psalms 20:6, Torah
[So] now I know that the Lord [God] saves His Christ; He will hear him from His holy heaven with the saving strength of His right hand.

Luke 24:44, Gospel
[And so Jesus] said to them, "These [are among] the words which I spoke to you, while I was with you, that all things must be fulfilled, which were [already] written in the law of Moses, and [in] the prophets [Abraham], and [in] the Psalms, concerning me."

22:75 - 76, Qur'an
[For] God chooses messengers from the angels and from the people. Indeed, God is Hearing and Seeing.
He knows what is before them and what will be after them. And [all] matters will be returned to God.

Is it [Jesus] Other Than God that I should Desire as a lord? For they have Taken Jesus as a lord Besides God

But Jesus Said, "No Servant can Serve Two lords, for the Lord my God is One Lord," so do Not Take Two gods for yourselves

16:51, Qur'an
God has said, "Do not take two gods for yourselves.  He is only one God, so fear only Me."

Luke 16:13, Gospel
[And thus Jesus likewise said,] "No servant can serve two lords -

Mark 12:29, Gospel
[For] the first of all the commandments [is], 'Hear, O Israel; the Lord our God - [my God and your God] - is one Lord.'"

9:31, Qur'an
[But] they have taken their scholars and monks as lords besides God, and [they have also taken] the Christ, the son of Mary [as a lord besides God]. And they were not commanded to serve [anyone] except one God; there is no god except Him. He is exalted above whatever they associate [with Him] -

Acts 16:31, Gospel
[For] they said, "Believe on the Lord Jesus, the Messiah, and you will be saved, and your house."

6:164, Qur'an
[So] say, "Is it [Jesus] other than God I should desire as a lord while He is the Lord of all things?"

Matthew 6:24, Gospel
[For Jesus himself said,] "No man can serve two lords, for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon.

Matthew 4:10, Gospel
[Rather,] you will prostrate to the Lord your God, and you will serve only Him."

5:72, Qur'an
[And thus,] they have certainly disbelieved who say, "[The Lord] God is the Messiah, the son of Mary," while the Messiah has said, "O Children of Israel, serve God, my Lord and your Lord." Indeed, he who associates others with God - God has certainly forbidden him the Garden, and his refuge is the Fire. And there are no helpers for the wrongdoers.

They do Not Actually Follow His "Partners," they Actually Call upon None but a Rebellious Satan

For his Authority is Over those who Associate Others with God, that is Because God is the Truth, and that which they Call upon Other Than Him is Falsehood

10:66, Qur'an
Unquestionably, whoever is in the heavens and whoever is on the earth [belongs] to God.  And those who invoke [something] other than God do not [actually] follow [His] "partners."  They do not follow [anything] except assumption, and they do nothing except guess -

25:55, Qur'an
[For] they serve [an idol] rather than God which does not benefit them or harm them, and the disbeliever is an assistant [to Satan] against his Lord -

4:117, Qur'an
[For] they call upon none but female [gods, like Mother Nature] instead of Him, and they [actually] call upon none but a rebellious Satan,

16:100, Qur'an
[For Satan's] authority is only over those who turn to him [for help] and those who associate others [with God] through [Satan].

36:60 - 62, Qur'an
[But] did I not make a covenant with you, O children of Adam, that you do not serve Satan - [for] indeed, he is a clear enemy to you -
and that you serve [only] Me? This is a straight path. And he had already led astray much of creation from among you, so did you not use reason?

10:106, Qur'an
[So] do not invoke [something] besides God which neither benefits you nor harms you, for if you did, then indeed you would be among the wrongdoers -

[Book of Enoch 99:7], Torah
[For] they prostrate to stone, and some carve images of gold and of silver, and of wood [crosses] and of clay.  And some, with no knowledge, serve unclean spirits and demons, and every kind of error.  But no help will be obtained from them.

22:62, Qur'an
That is because God is the Truth, and that which they call upon other than Him is falsehood, and because God is the Most High, the Grand.

Jesus will be Against them on the Day of Resurrection, for he will Say, "Many will Say to me in that Day, 'Lord, Lord,' but I will Profess to them, 'I Never Knew you, you who Work Iniquity'"

So do the Workers of Iniquity have No Knowledge? They have Not Called upon God, and Thus Jesus will Deny their Worship

46:6, Qur'an
When the people are gathered [on the Day of Judgement], those [who were worshiped other than God] will be enemies to them, and they will be deniers of their worship.

4:159, Qur'an
And there are none from the People of the Scripture but that he will surely believe in [Jesus] [as "Lord"] before his death.  And on the Day of Resurrection, he will be a witness against them -

Matthew 7:22 - 23, Gospel
[For Jesus said,] "Many will say to me in that Day, 'Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in your name [O Lord Jesus]?  And in your name [O Lord Jesus] we have cast out devils?  And in your name [O Lord Jesus] done many wonderful works?'
And then I will profess to them, 'I never knew you, depart from me, you who work iniquity.'"

35:14, Qur'an
[Thus] if you invoke them, they do not hear your supplication; and if they heard, they would not respond to you.  And on the Day of Resurrection, they will deny your association.  And none can inform you like [One] Aware [of all matters].

Luke 13:26 - 27, Gospel
[But] then you will begin to say, "We have eaten and drunk in your presence, and you have taught in our streets."
But [Jesus] will say, "I tell you, I do not know from where you are, depart from me, workers of iniquity."

Psalms 53:4, Torah
[So] do the workers of iniquity have no knowledge?  Who eats up my people [as] they eat bread, they have not called upon God -

Isaiah 45:5 - 6, Torah
[For] I [am] the Lord, and [there are] none else, [there is] no god beside Me, I girded you, though you have not known Me.
So that they may know from the rising of the sun, and from the west, that [there are] none beside Me. I [am] the Lord, and [there are] none else.

18:100 - 102, Qur'an
And [so] We will present Hell that Day to the disbelievers, its width -
those whose eyes had been within a cover [removed] from My remembrance, and they were not able to hear.  Then do those who disbelieve think that they can take My servants [such as Jesus] instead of Me as protectors?  Indeed, We have prepared Hell for the disbelievers as a lodging.

Deuteronomy 32:37 - 38, Torah
And He will say, "Where are their gods, their rock in whom they trusted,
which ate the fat of their sacrifices, and drank the wine of their drink offerings?  Let them rise up and help you, and be your protection."

[Book of Enoch 62:9 - 10], Torah
And [so] all the mighty kings, and the exalted, and those who rule the dry ground, will fall down before [the Son of man] on their faces and prostrate; and they will set their hopes on that Son of man, and will entreat him, and will petition for mercy from him.
But the Lord of spirits will then so press them that they will hasten to go out from before Him, and their faces will be filled with shame, and the darkness will grow deeper on their faces -

16:27, Qur'an
[For] on the Day of Resurrection He will disgrace them and say, "Where are My 'partners' [such as Jesus] whom you used to oppose [the believers] with?" Those who were given knowledge will say, "Indeed disgrace and evil are upon the disbelievers this Day."

[Wisdom of Solomon 12:27], Torah
[So] look, for what things they grudged, when they were punished, that is, for those whom they thought to be gods; now being punished in them, when they saw it, they acknowledged Him to be the true God, whom they denied to know before; and therefore extreme damnation came upon them.

Let No Man Deceive you with Vain Words, for No Idolater has Any Inheritance in the Kingdom of God, for God does Not Forgive Association with Him

For it was Already Revealed that, "You will Have No Other gods Before Me," Otherwise, "I will Cut Down your Images [of Jesus] and will Abhor you, and you will Know that I am the Lord Alone"

Ephesians 5:5 - 7, Gospel
For this you know, that no whoremonger, nor unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, has any inheritance in the Kingdom [of God].
Let no man deceive you with vain words, for because of these things, the wrath of God comes upon the children of disobedience.  Therefore do not be partakers with them.

Ezekiel 14:7 - 8, Torah
For everyone of the house of Israel, or of the stranger who sojourns in Israel, who separates himself from Me, and sets up his idols in his heart, and puts the stumblingblock of his iniquity before his face, and comes to a prophet to inquire of him concerning Me; I the Lord will answer him by Myself,
and I will set My Face against that man, and will make him a sign and a proverb, and I will cut him off from the midst of My people; and you will know that I [am] the Lord.

Leviticus 26:30, Torah
And I will destroy your high places, and cut down your images [of Jesus], and cast your carcasses upon the carcasses of your idols, and My soul will abhor you.

39:65, Qur'an
And [thus] it was already revealed to you and to those before you that if you should associate [anything with God], your work would surely become worthless, and you would surely be among the ones in loss -

4:48, Qur'an
[For] indeed, God does not forgive association with Him, but He forgives other than that for whomever He wills. And he who associates others with God has certainly fabricated a great sin -

Exodus 20:1 - 3, Torah
[For] God spoke all these words, saying,
"I [am] the Lord your God, who has brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. You will have no other gods before Me."

6:106 - 108, Qur'an
[So] follow what has been revealed to you from your Lord - there is no god except Him - and turn away from those who associate others with God.
But if God had willed, they would not have associated.  And We have not appointed you as a guardian over them, nor are you a manager over them.  And do not insult those they invoke other than God, unless they should insult God in enmity without knowledge.  Thus We have made the deeds of every community seem pleasing.  Then their return is to their Lord, and He will inform them about what they used to do.
