I will Not Offer their Drink Offerings of Blood, Nor Take up their Names into my Lips

Rather, if you Knew the Gift of God, you would have Asked him, and he would have Given you Living Water

1 Corinthians 8:4, Gospel
As concerning the eating of those things that are offered in sacrifice to idols, we know that an idol [is] nothing in the world, and that [there is] none other God but one.

1 Corinthians 10:14 - 16, Gospel
Therefore, my dearly beloved, flee from idolatry.  I speak as to wise men; judge what I say.  The cup of blessing which we bless, is it not the communion of the blood of the Messiah?  The bread which we break, is it not the communion of the body of the Messiah?

1 Corinthians 11:24 - 25, Gospel
[For] when he had given thanks, he broke [it], and said, "Take, eat, this is my body, which is broken for you, do this in remembrance of me."  After the same manner [he took] the cup also, when he had supped, saying, "This cup is the new testament in my blood, do this, as often as you drink [it], in remembrance of me."

Psalms 16:4 - 5, Torah
[But] their sorrows will be multiplied, those who hasten after another, I will not offer their drink offerings of blood, nor take up their names into my lips.  The Lord [God] is the portion of my inheritance and of my cup, You maintain my lot.

1 Corinthians 10:31, Gospel
Therefore, whether you eat, or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.

John 4:10, Gospel
[And thus Jesus said,] "If you knew the gift of God, and who it is that says to you, 'Give to me to drink,' you would have asked him, and he would have given you living water."

Also consider that vampires drink blood for eternal life and Satanic rituals require the drinking of blood.

If you Knew the Gift of God, then you would have Asked for Living Water

For God Said, "I will Give to him who is Athirst of the Fountain of the Water of Life Freely"

Psalms 36:7 - 9, Torah
How excellent [is] Your loving kindness, O God!  Therefore the children of men put their trust under the shadow of Your wings.  They will be abundantly satisfied with the fatness of Your house; and You will make them drink of the river of Your pleasures.  For with You [is] the fountain of life, in Your light we will see light.

John 4:10, Gospel
[And so Jesus said,] "If you knew the gift of God, and who it is that says to you, 'Give to me to drink,' you would have asked him, and he would have given you living water.

John 4:14, Gospel
[For] whoever drinks of the water that I will give him will never thirst; but the water that I will give him will be in him as a well of water springing up into everlasting life.

John 12:49 - 50, Gospel
For I have not spoken of myself; but the [Creator] who sent me, He gave me a commandment, what I should say, and what I should speak.  And I know that His commandment is life everlasting, whatever I speak therefore, even as the [Creator] said to me, so I speak.

John 5:24, Gospel
[So] verily I say to you, he who hears my word, and believes on Him who sent me, has everlasting life, and will not come into condemnation; but is passed from death to life."

Isaiah 12:2 - 3, Torah
[So] behold, God [is] my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid, for the Lord, the Sustainer of existence, [is] my strength and [my] song; He has also become my salvation.  Therefore with joy you will draw water out of the wells of salvation.

Jeremiah 17:13 - 15, Torah
[But,] O Lord, the hope of Israel, all who forsake You will be ashamed, [and] those who depart from me will be written in the earth, because they have forsaken the Lord, the fountain of living waters.  [So] heal me, O Lord, and I will be healed; save me, and I will be saved, for You [are] my praise.  Behold, they say to me, "Where [is] the word of the Lord?  Let it come now."

Revelation 21:6, Gospel
[And thus God] said to me, "It is done.  I am Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and the End.  I will give to him who is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely."

Revelation 22:1, Gospel
And [so] he showed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the Throne of God -

76:20 - 21, Qur'an
And when you look there [in Paradise], you will see pleasure and great dominion.  Upon the inhabitants will be green garments of fine silk and brocade.  And they will be adorned with bracelets of silver, and their Lord will give them a purifying drink.

88:9 - 12, Qur'an
[And so] with their effort [they are] satisfied in an elevated garden, wherein they will hear no unsuitable speech.  Within it is a flowing spring.

7:43, Qur'an
And We will have removed whatever is within their breasts of resentment, [while] flowing beneath them are rivers.  And they will say, "Praise to God, who has guided us to this; and we would never have been guided if God had not guided us.  Certainly the messengers of our Lord had come with the truth."  And they will be called, "This is Paradise, which you have been made to inherit for what you used to do."

Abstain from Blood, for it Seemed Good to the Holy Spirit

2:173, Qur'an
He has only forbidden to you blood, dead animals, the flesh of swine, and that which has been dedicated to other than God.  But whoever is forced [by necessity], neither desiring [it] nor transgressing [its limit], there is no sin upon him.  Indeed, God is Forgiving and Merciful.

Acts 15:28 - 29, Gospel
[And so] it seemed good to the Holy Spirit, and to us, to lay upon you no greater burden than these necessary things; that you abstain from blood, and meats offered to idols, and from things strangled, and from fornication, from which if you keep yourselves, you will do well.

Leviticus 17:14, Torah
For [blood is] the life of all flesh; the blood [is] for the life thereof, therefore I said to the Children of Israel, "You will not eat the blood of any manner of flesh, for the life of all flesh [is] the blood, whoever eats it will be cut off."

Deuteronomy 12:23 - 24, Torah
[So] be sure that you do not eat the blood, for the blood [is] the life; and you may not eat the life with the flesh.  You will not eat it; you will pour it upon the earth as water.

Do Not Let Satan Tempt you as he Removed your Parents from Paradise

God said, "Do Not Approach this Tree," but Satan Whispered that they would Become of the Immortal

7:27, Qur'an
O children of Adam, do not let Satan tempt you as he removed your parents from Paradise, stripping them of their clothing to show them their private parts -

7:19, Qur'an
[When God said,] "O Adam, dwell, you and your wife, in Paradise and eat from wherever you will but do not approach this tree, lest you be among the wrongdoers."

7:20 - 21, Qur'an
But Satan whispered to them to make apparent to them that which was concealed from them of their private parts.  He said, "Your Lord did not forbid you this tree except that you become angels or become of the immortal."  And he swore [by God] to them, "Indeed, I am to you from among the sincere advisors."

7:22, Qur'an
So he made them fall, through deception.  And when they tasted of the tree, their private parts became apparent to them, and they began to fasten together over themselves from the leaves of Paradise.  And their Lord called to them, "Did I not forbid you from that tree and tell you that Satan is to you a clear enemy?"

7:16 - 17, Qur'an
[For Satan] said, "Because You have put me in error, I will surely sit in wait for them on Your straight path.  Then I will come to them from before them and from behind them and on their right and on their left, and You will not find most of them grateful [to You]."

John 6:54 - 56, Gospel
[So now the sincere advisor says,] "Whoever drinks my blood and chews my flesh has eternal life; and I will raise him up at the Last Day.  For my flesh is food indeed, and my blood is drink indeed.  He who eat my flesh, and drinks my blood, dwells in me, and I in him."

[4 Maccabees 3:15], Torah
But David, although he was burning with thirst, considered it an altogether fearful danger to his soul to drink what was regarded as equivalent to blood.

2:168, Qur'an
[So] O mankind, eat from whatever is on earth [that is] lawful and good and do not follow the footsteps of Satan.  Indeed, he is to you a clear enemy -

22:52 - 54, Qur'an
[For] We did not send before you any messenger or prophet except that when he spoke, Satan threw into it [some misunderstanding].  But God abolishes that which Satan throws in; then God makes precise His verses, so He may make what Satan throws in a trial for those hard of heart and within is disease.  And indeed, the wrongdoers are in extreme dissension.  And so those who were given knowledge may know that it is the truth from your Lord and [therefore] believe in it, and their hearts humbly submit to it.  And indeed God is the Guide of those who have believed to a straight path.

16:115, Qur'an
[Thus] He has only forbidden to you blood, dead animals, the flesh of swine, and that which has been dedicated to other than God.  But whoever is forced [by necessity], neither desiring [it] nor transgressing [its limit] - then indeed, God is Forgiving and Merciful.

34:20 - 21, Qur'an
[But Satan] had already confirmed through them his assumption, so they followed him, except for a party of believers.  And he had over them no authority except [it was decreed] that We might make evident who believes in the Hereafter from who is thereof in doubt.  And your Lord, over all things, is Guardian.

Prohibited is that which is Dedicated to Other than God - so Drink Only to the Glory of God

Is it Not the Communion of the Blood of the Messiah?  Thus I will Not Offer their Drink Offerings of Blood

Amos 2:8, Torah
[The Lord says; "For three transgressions of Israel, and for four, I will not turn away the punishment thereof; because] they drink the wine of the condemned [in] the house of their god, and they lay [themselves] down upon clothes laid to pledge by every altar.

1 Corinthians 8:4, Gospel
Therefore, as concerning the eating of those things that are offered in sacrifice to idols, we know that an idol [is] nothing in the world, and that [there is] none other God but one.

[For] when [the Messiah] had given thanks, he broke [it], and said, 'Take, eat, this is my body, which is broken for you, do this in remembrance of me.'  After the same manner [he took] the cup also, when he had supped, saying, 'This cup is the new testament in my blood, do this, as often as you drink [it], in remembrance of me.'"

Psalms 16:4 - 5, Torah
[But] their sorrows will be multiplied, those who hasten after another, I will not offer their drink offerings of blood, nor take up their names into my lips.  The Lord [God] is the portion of my inheritance and of my cup, You maintain my lot.

1 Corinthians 10:28, Gospel
[And so] if any man says to you, "This is offered in sacrifice to idols," do not eat for his sake who showed it, and for conscience sake, for the earth [is] the Lord [God's], and the fullness thereof.

5:3, Qur'an
[And thus] prohibited to you is that which has been dedicated to other than God, blood, and [those animals] killed by strangling...  But whoever is forced by severe hunger with no inclination to sin - then indeed, God is Forgiving and Merciful.

Acts 15:20, Gospel
[And so] we write to them, that they abstain from pollutions of idols, and [from] fornication, and [from] things strangled, and [from] blood.

1 Corinthians 10:31, Gospel
Therefore, whether you eat, or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.

Psalms 116:13, Torah
[And thus] I will take the cup of salvation, and call upon the name of the Lord [God].
