For Mormon Hid the Records of the Lord in the Hill Cumorah, the Same Place Where the Gadantian Robbers Destroyed All his People Except for him, for they Passed by him so that they did Not Put an End to his Life
And it was this Secret Band of Gadantian Robbers who Formed Secret Alliances with the Devil to Gain Power and to Lie
{Mormon 6:1 - 3}, Gospel
And now I, [Mormon], finish my record concerning the destruction of my people, the Nephites. And it came to pass that we marched forth before the Lamanites. And I, Mormon, wrote an epistle to the king of the Lamanites, and desired of him that he would grant to us so that we might gather our people together to the land of Cumorah, by a hill which was called Cumorah, and there we could give them battle. And it came to pass that the king of the Lamanites granted the thing to me which I desired.
{Mormon 6:12 - 14}, Gospel

{Helaman 7:4 - 5}, Torah
[And it was] those Gadianton robbers [who filled] the judgement-seats - having usurped the power and authority of the land; laying aside the commandments of God, and not in the least aright before him; doing no justice to the children of men; condemning the righteous because of their righteousness; letting the guilty and the wicked go unpunished because of their money; and moreover to be held in office at the head of government, to rule and do according to their wills, so that they might get gain and glory of the world, and moreover, so that they might more easily commit adultery, and steal, and kill, and do according to their own wills -
