Is Mount Kailash the Tower of Babel?

According to the Book of Jasher, a Third of the Tower of Babel is Left to this Day, and its Circumference is a Three Day's Walk

[Book of Jasher 9:38], Torah
…A third [of the Tower of Babel] is left to this day, and it is of that part which was aloft, and its circumference is a three days' walk.

[And this appears to match] the Kora, or circumambulation, around Mount Kailash, [which] is a spiritual journey that takes approximately three days - ChinaHistoryTrip.com

And According to the Book of Jubilees, the Clay which they Cemented Together Came Out of the Sea and the Fountains of Water

[Book of Jubilees 10:29], Torah
…The clay with which they cemented them together was asphalt, which comes out of the sea, and out of the fountains of water in the land of Shinar…

And these appear to match Rakshas Tal Sea and Lake Manasarovar, which are two bodies of water near Mount Kailash.

But these Books Contradict Each Other in How the Tower of Babel was Destroyed

The Book of Jubilees Says that the Tower of Babel was Overthrown by a Mighty Wind

[Book of Jubilees 10:37], Torah
And the Lord sent a mighty wind against the tower and overthrew it upon the earth.

Then What is the Matter with you? How do you Judge? Or do you have a Scripture in which you Learn, that Indeed for you is Whatever you Choose?

68:36 - 38, Qur'an
[Then] what is [the matter] with you? How do you judge?
Or do you have a scripture in which you learn, that indeed for you is whatever you choose?

68:39, Qur'an
Or do you have oaths [binding] upon Us, extending until the Day of Resurrection, that indeed for you is whatever you judge?

[Book of Jasher 9:38], Torah
…[For in order to believe that Mount Kailash is the Tower of Babel, one must choose the destruction account in the Book of Jasher, that] the earth opened its mouth and swallowed up one third part thereof, and a fire also descended from heaven and burned another third, and the other third is left to this day, and it is of that part which was aloft, and its circumference is a three days' walk [because this appears to connect the tower to Mount Kailash through the ancient Buddhist and Hindu tradition of walking around it in three days].

[Book of Jubilees 10:37], Torah
[But then one must ignore the contradiction in the Book of Jubilees that] the Lord sent a mighty wind against the tower and overthrew it upon the earth.

[Book of Jubilees 10:29], Torah
…[And yet, one would simultaneously choose to believe this verse in the Book of Jubilees, that] the clay with which they cemented them together was asphalt, which comes out of the sea, and out of the fountains of water in the land of Shinar, [because these appear to match Rakshas Tal Sea and Lake Manasarovar near Mount Kailash].

But Indeed, Many Lead Others Astray through their Own Inclinations without Knowledge, so do Not Pursue that of which you have No Knowledge

6:119, Qur'an
…[But] indeed, many lead [others] astray through their [own] inclinations without knowledge. Indeed, your Lord - He is most knowing of the transgressors.

17:36, Qur'an
[So] do not pursue that of which you have no knowledge. Indeed, the hearing, the sight and the heart - [one] will be questioned about all those.

Does Verse 4:34 of the Qur'an Command Husbands to Strike their Wives?
