Those who do not Believe in the Historical Accounts in the Qur'an Only Invent Falsehood

For God Certainly Sent Noah and Jonah to their People, and there were Signs in Joseph and Moses, and God Gave the Kingdom to David and Solomon

But Historians Say, "These are Just Legends of the Former Peoples," and they Only Invent Falsehood, for God will Not Guide those who Disbelieve in His Verses

53:52, Qur'an
[Have you not heard that God destroyed] the people of Noah before. Indeed, it was they who were [even] more unjust and oppressing.

16:24, Qur'an
[But] when it is said to them, "What has your Lord sent down?" They say, "Legends of the former [peoples]."

[And so historians say,] "The story of Noah's Ark and the Great Flood, as [also] described in the Bible, is widely interpreted as a religious myth or symbolic narrative rather than a literal, worldwide event supported by scientific evidence."

29:14 - 15, Qur'an
[But] We certainly sent Noah to his people, and he remained among them for a thousand years minus fifty years, and the flood seized them while they were wrongdoers.
But We saved him and the companions of the ark, and We made it a sign for the worlds.

12:7, Qur'an
[And] there were certainly signs in Joseph and his brothers for those who ask -

12:54, Qur'an
[For] the king [of Egypt] said, "Bring [Joseph] to me; I will appoint him exclusively for myself." And when he spoke to him, he said, "Indeed, you are established today [in position] and trusted."

[But historians say that] "While the story of Joseph is [also] a well-known Biblical narrative, scholarly consensus leans towards viewing it as a piece of ancient fiction, rather than a historical account of a real person."

12:56, Qur'an
[But] We [certainly] established Joseph in the land [of Egypt] to settle therein wherever he willed.

51:38, Qur'an
And [there was also a sign] in Moses, when We sent him to Pharaoh with a clear authority.

[But historians say that] "No contemporary Egyptian sources mention Moses or the events of the Exodus, nor has any archaeological evidence been discovered in Egypt or the Sinai wilderness to support the biblical narrative." - Wikipedia

7:137, Qur'an
[But] We [certainly] destroyed [all] that Pharaoh and his people were producing and what they had been building.

7:103, Qur'an
[For] they were unjust toward [Moses and the Children of Israel]. So look at how the end was for the corrupters -

44:25 - 28, Qur'an
[For] how many gardens and springs did [the ancient Egyptians] leave behind?
And [also] crops and noble sites [of pyramids and temples] and comfort wherein they were amused? Thus, and We caused another people to inherit it.

37:139, Qur'an
And indeed, Jonah was among the messengers.

[But historians say,] "While the book of Jonah is [also] a part of the Hebrew Bible and is often interpreted as a historical account, some scholars and modern interpretations suggest it may be a parable or a fictional story with a moral lesson, rather than a literal historical event."

37:147, Qur'an
[But] We [certainly] sent [Jonah] to [his people of] a hundred thousand or more.

27:15, Qur'an
And We had certainly given knowledge to David and Solomon,

38:20, Qur'an
And We strengthened [David's] kingdom and gave him wisdom and discernment in speech.

[But historians say,] "While the Bible [also] portrays David and Solomon as central figures in ancient Israel, the extent to which their stories are historical remains a subject of ongoing debate and scholarly discussion, with some evidence supporting their existence and others questioning the scale of their kingdoms."

2:251, Qur'an
[But] God [certainly] gave [David] the kingdom and wisdom and taught him from that which He willed.

27:16, Qur'an
And Solomon inherited [the kingdom] from David.

2:170, Qur'an
[But] when it is said to them, "Follow what God has sent down," they say, "Rather, we will follow that which we found our fathers doing."  Even though their fathers understood nothing, nor were they guided?

16:105, Qur'an
[For] those who do not believe in the verses of God only invent falsehood, and it is those who are the liars.

16:104, Qur'an
[For] indeed, those who do not believe in the verses of God - God will not guide them, and there is a painful punishment for them -

47:3, Qur'an
That is because those who disbelieve follow falsehood, [but] those who believe follow the truth from their Lord -

45:6, Qur'an
[For] these are the verses of God which We recite to you in truth. Then in what [historical] narration after God and His verses will they believe?
