For God Certainly Sent Noah and Jonah to their People, and there were Signs in Joseph and Moses, and God Gave the Kingdom to David and Solomon
But Historians Say, "These are Just Legends of the Former Peoples," and they Only Invent Falsehood, for God will Not Guide those who Disbelieve in His Verses
[And so historians say,] "The story of Noah's Ark and the Great Flood, as [also] described in the Bible, is widely interpreted as a religious myth or symbolic narrative rather than a literal, worldwide event supported by scientific evidence."
29:14 - 15, Qur'an
[But] We certainly sent Noah to his people, and he remained among them for a thousand years minus fifty years, and the flood seized them while they were wrongdoers. But We saved him and the companions of the ark, and We made it a sign for the worlds.
12:7, Qur'an
[And] there were certainly signs in Joseph and his brothers for those who ask -

37:147, Qur'an
[But] We [certainly] sent [Jonah] to [his people of] a hundred thousand or more.
27:15, Qur'an
And We had certainly given knowledge to David and Solomon,
38:20, Qur'an
And We strengthened [David's] kingdom and gave him wisdom and discernment in speech.

27:16, Qur'an
And Solomon inherited [the kingdom] from David.
16:105, Qur'an
